Founding this company and working hard over the years to make it into what it is today is one of my life’s proudest achievements.

Chances are quite high that if you have booked one of our mediators, you have spoken with me - and I hope that I and the rest of the gang here have made your life considerably easier. 

In addition to this company, I am a mom/bonus mom and student; I cherish my friends; and love to travel near and far whenever possible.

​Over the years, I have worked in various customer service roles.  Whether it was directly with customers, as a support team member, or as part of a leadership team, I have always enjoyed working in a team environment.

In 2020 I began my role as a coordinator with M&Z Mediation Logistics.

When I'm not working I enjoy reading, taking my dog for walks on local trails, and spending time with family.

Before starting at M&Z in 2018, I worked as a coordinator in various roles such as Wedding Coordinator and National Fundraising for Non-Profit, so I fit in here quite easily.

In my free time, I love spending time in the great outdoors, hiking/swimming, travelling, and spending time with my 3 kiddos.

I work with the team at M&Z to set up online mediation meeting rooms, prepare DocuSign documentation, and support the mediators and their clients with logging into their meetings and using their hardware and software effectively so they can focus on the mediation process. 

Since 2020, I’ve provided support to 3000+ online meetings and training sessions, including setting up meetings/trainings, trouble-shooting software/hardware issues, training clients on how to use their technology tools (e.g., computers, meeting software, DocuSign), and providing information and guidance on using online meeting software effectively. From helping you log into a Zoom meeting or training you on how to facilitate online meetings, my goal is simple: to be your friendly and patient tech support guy that helps you (and your clients!) understand and use the technology you need to run your business smoothly.
